Video partners unlock a ‘support’ button in their profile, on their rec.net page, and a custom video partner code that they can give out in their videos^[1]"

Why A Video Partner?[]

When a player makes a purchase using a Video Partner's code, the Video Partner will receive 7.5% of that player's Rec Room Store purchases (after platform fees).

Becoming A Video Partner[]

A clone of one of the batch submissions can be found here. Please do not submit it, as it is simply a copy meant to be visible after the official form is closed to allow any aspiring Video Partner to get an idea of what the form will look like. Submissions can be found at https://recroom.com/videopartner when open.

Requirements:

5,000 or more followers on one of the following: YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram
At least a few posts (within the past few months) showcasing Rec Room content so that the team can evaluate your suitability for a partnership. The more posts and videos the better
Your Rec Room account is not a Junior account
Your Rec Room account has a verified email address
Your Rec Room account passes a moderation review
Be 18 years of age or older, or 13 - 17 years of age with a parent or guardian's permission. When receiving cash payments from the program using our [Rec Room's] payment partner Tipalti, a parent or guardian must provide their own payment information for anyone age 13 - 17 (This is the same payment system as Partnered Creators)
Even if you meet all of the above requirements, Rec Room may reject applications that are not a good fit for the program

Video Partners do NOT have to make videos! This program may also include "Rec Room photographers, artists, DJs, event hosts, musicians, meme creators, and more" (See ref 1).
